Remote Team Building - SonarMD
TeamCulture YOUR Way had an absolute blast hosting the three-part "SonarMD Team Tourney" for our friends at SonarMD this summer!
Building connections, morale and trust as a remote team isn't always easy or intuitive. But as our sessions went on, it WAS easy (and fulfilling) to see the staff's bonds strengthen through joy, shared experiences and real-time communication exercises.
SonarMD participated in competitive, creative, and fun remote team building sessions that brought their workforce closer together through a variety of unique activities, customized to their group's needs and persona. Everyone competed as both a teammate and individual at different times throughout the tournament while accumulating points, sharing plenty of laughs, and showing off their personalities that don't always shine through via Zoom, Teams, Slack and email.
