Team Building and Member Engagement - The Upskilling Labs
Working with The Upskilling Labs has been an incredible opportunity to grow with a group that is intent on optimizing the way people work together, innovating to create sustainable outcomes, and building strong communities in the AI era.
One member experience that TeamCulture YOUR Way led was a customized activity based on The Upskilling Labs' exploration of the impact of AI on Health Systems. We started with a (not-so) simple question to 10 teams of participants: "What Makes Healthcare Fun?" Each team was asked to come up with three words to answer the prompt, and then write a healthcare-related sentence that included each of their words.
The evolution of the exercise led the audience to democratically decide which of the 10 sentences most closely aligned with their individual perspectives. Then, we asked ChatGPT to answer 'What Makes Healthcare Fun?', using the three adjectives from our winning sentence.
Finally, we compared the 'human-generated' answer to the 'AI-generated' response - and they were much more similar than many had expected! The only real difference was that the human response focused on the impact on healthy PEOPLE, while the AI response focused on the impact on healthy COMMUNITIES.
The result of this team building and member engagement exercise was a poignant, relevant, and crucial reminder that what makes healthcare enjoyable, fulfilling, and yes, even fun, boils down to how it helps people and communities. So, as we dive further into utilizing AI-powered solutions to solve real-world problems, it's important to remember that the best way we can use AI is to bring humans TOGETHER - not drive them apart.
